This recycled bottle cap mural was created from donation across the USA to help promote the recycling of single use plastics. The mural is 8 feet tall and 9 feet wide and is located at the entrance to the newly renovated African Penguins exhibit at the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens, in Cincinnati, Ohio. I used some spray paint on some of the caps to gain a wide range of color blends. The three oversized penguins provide a whimsical pop of color to the beautiful exhibit entrance. The mural was created in late spring and summer of 2020 and was installed in September 2020.
